Crafted using Méthode Champenoise, the traditional, French sparkling production style, we lightly pressed our organically-farmed Pinot Noir from the Estate Mountaintop Vineyard for a deliciously-fresh rosé sparkling wine. 

Tasting Notes: Fresh wild strawberries, watermelon & juicy peach, with a hint of freshly-baked croissant on the finish. Elegant texture & refreshing acidity.

Cold Chain: To protect the integrity of your wine, members living in states with higher temperatures will be shipped via FedEx’s temperature-controlled Cold Chain service, which has a longer shipping timeline than standard Ground shipping.
